What makes you not respond to someone's message here?

I'll respond to a message as long as it actually says something. I hate when someone sends me "hi" or "hey there" or "how are you." Message me something worth replying to instead of shit like that, and you'll get a response.

I don't usually respond to men. women either unless I've interacted with them publicly and recognize their name.

I have made so many bad experiences with PMs that in generally I reject PMs.

Anyone who takes the time to write i'll happily take the time to read.
gotta say though i'm getting a bit sick of PM's that start "Hi" and then go no further !

So then you go to the usernames profile to find there isn't one ! (what a shock !) and THEN find they have no posts !!!

Same, I can be picky. Depends on their profile and message. I mean, what's the point of messaging someone when it feels forced, right?

i only respond to friends mostly. anyone else i usually ignore, with very few exceptions

I respond to everyone, they all have a voice and we should always make room to hear others speak.
