@Bibix When I was a young teen my mother and I where suppose to. We both had visas to go there.

Unfortunately my mother was laid up at the start of the trip and I only got to see Germany.

At the time then we probably would not seen much anyway. Romania was still under communist rule then... 1974.

Now on my father's side there is quite a bit of Romanian history as well. Even though he was raised in Czechoslovakia. But that is nearly ancient history. Lol

PM me if you are interested in my father's side. I rather not say more other than the time period was between 1250 to 1480 ad.
