I am a New Member at Similar Worlds

I feel lost and lonely, not because of lack of people around me but because I feel no connection to those who are around me. That's why I'm here, in the hopes of finding people who understand this feeling and are willing to say "I understand". Not in the way some sheep says they understand just to soothe your feelings, but a real human connection. A connection that's filled with sadness and happiness, anger and joy, love and hatred, lust and starvation. I NEED to feel alive. I can no longer stand being a grey hollow person who keeps their distance because they do not care. I wan't to care, damnit all. I want to trust and I want to be hurt from that trust because it means that I'm still alive and not trapped in some purgatory wasting away, losing what emotions I have.
