Does this happen to you?

I've noticed this type of thing a few times already. Somebody who clearly disagrees with the premise of a group seems to be watching that group and waiting for someone to criticize. Does this happen to other people, or just to me? I'm still new here, I don't know if that's a common thing. It's annoying.
