Can you show us a screenshot of what you see? Remember to leave out personal details. 😊

You can send the message by clicking the Reply button:


And you can filter adult content in your account settings, at the very top.

Depending on what phone you have you may need to drop the keyboard to see the reply button.

I sent you a test message. You should be able to write a reply and click the orange reply button.

Just tap on the envelope and tap on a message. You can respond in a box I believe.
