I'm not a man, but perhaps they are afraid of their dick escaping their fly? It doesn't zip up like jeans do. It's just a flap. As for pajama pants that don't have a fly...perhaps they are afraid of tenting in public? Guys have no problem wearing sweatpants around in public. That's pretty close to pajamas. Just thicker material.

I have seen some guys wear sweatpants to the gas station and to grocery shopping, airports and to early morning university classes ALL the time. Lol

@Scribbles Sweat pants are about comfort. I have 2 neon pairs for winter. When it is very cold outside. I never wear any otherwise. They are sloppy. Perhaps to a gym would be acceptable. I think older guys wear them as they care not upon their bodies anymore. Perhaps for doing work sround thr house. I know no men friends of mine who wear them.
