is there anything more sad than those males who self identify as Male Feminists?

Makes me wonder how they lost all that testosterone. I guess it was when they surgically had their balls removed.
Its the most pathetic way to try to pick up women. Acting like you like everything they do and have the same thoughts.
I will never not be convinced those so called men are not just making fools of themselves for no other reason but to try and pick up women that dont even like them in the first place

@ElwoodBlues yeah because that is relevant to this thread. smh
@Torsten I agree that you didn't introduce Andrew Tate. However, by implication, you did introduce the notion of "alpha male" and Tate is a classic exemplar of "alpha male" thinking.

"Alpha male" is TOTALLY relevant to this thread.

@ElwoodBlues i dont ever bring in a notion of "alpha male" because i find that concept dumb. I also dont know who Andrew Tate is but if he describes himself as a "alpha male" he is a moron.
I cant stand people like that or others who refer to people as "beta males". Its extremely idiotic.

This thread is poking fun at men who have no other way of picking up women besides claiming to be something they really dont support. the feminism I speak of is women wanting special treatment at the expense of men. So men supporting their rights being taken away to get laid, is pretty pathetic in my eyes
@Torsten
This thread is poking fun at men who ...
You are not using the "alpha/beta" terminology, but you are absolutely using the exact same concepts with a minor re-labeling. And that is my point.

BTW, I tend to distrust people who claim they are mind readers and know the intimate motives of others. Take this guy:
Chris Hemsworth: He may be best known as the super-macho Marvel character Thor, but actor Chris Hemsworth has been very vocal about how important it is to raise women’s voices while supporting initiatives like the Time’s Up movement....

“All of us [who support Time’s Up] have come together in unity to say enough harassment; enough with sexual abuse; enough with all the garbage that women have had to deal with since the beginning of civilization.”
Do you honestly believe THOR couldn't get laid without saying that? Do you honestly believe you can read Chris Hemsworth's mind???

Can't get laid? You seriously think that applies to this guy:
Although he’s known for playing hulking super masculine men like Dothraki leader Khal Drogo in Game of Thrones and DC Comics action hero, Aquaman, actor Jason Momoa is a gentle guy who was raised by a single mother — his guiding force and the reason he considers himself to be a feminist in the first place.

“I wasn’t raised by a man. I was raised by a single mother my whole life,” the actor told The Cut in 2015 when asked if he believed in feminism. “It’d be ridiculous for me to say that I didn’t believe in it. They’re [women] the strongest beings in the world.”
@ElwoodBlues for a start that disney portrayal of Thor is a complete joke. I would not use masculinity to describe it but instead a sheer insult to Thor himself.
I know that isnt what you put that up for but I cant help but say what i am thinking there.

also actors who portray tough guys on screen, does not make them tough themselves. they are playing dress up for a living after all and acting. So i dont really get your point with that

Your claim is that men who support feminism do so because it's their only way to get laid. I named two prominent men who outspokenly support feminism. I don't think either of these men have trouble getting laid. I don't think their appeal to the opposite sex is contingent upon their support of women's rights. I think your claim has just exploded.
Torsten · 36-40, M
@ElwoodBlues but again you mention hollywood actors. who basically have to say the believe in certain things to get hired. Its common knowledge about hollywood being full on "woke" and any celebrity against it is "cancelled".
You also miss the point of me talking about a specific radical feminist agenda to what feminism has turned into today and that being special treatment at the expense of men.
Would you consider women actively supporting their rights being taken away? of course you would and that is how i view male feminists
@Torsten
who basically have to say the believe in certain things to get hired.
Bulllshit. Hollywood has plenty of conservatives.

You really need to do a little research before you post these sweeping claims, LOL!!!

BTW, even your excuse about Hemsworth & Momoa diverges from your original "get laid" claim. The essence of your position here is summed up as "any man who disagrees with what I think on this topic must be lying," and I hope you see how silly this is.
Torsten · 36-40, M
@ElwoodBlues of course Hollywood have conservatives but how many of them are truly successful after the fact they come out as republican?
no you're twisting my words.
My position is any man that supports his rights being taken away in order to get laid is just sad and pathetic
@Torsten
no you're twisting my words.
No, I'm following them thru to their logical implications.

My position is any man who believes support of feminism is the same as having his rights being taken away is just sad and pathetic
Torsten · 36-40, M
@ElwoodBlues do you honestly believe feminism is anything else but about womens rights?
@Torsten I do believe in equality, and I don't believe in your zero sum game.
Torsten · 36-40, M
@ElwoodBlues thats not what i asked
@Torsten Again, I'm following your implications. In this case, the implication is that if women have more rights - like up to the point of equality - then men must perforce lose rights. And that's the zero sum game assumption that I'm challenging.
Torsten · 36-40, M
@ElwoodBlues no i asked a very simple question that you are avoiding
@Torsten I support feminism and women's rights up to the point of equality. I don't believe supporting women's rights necessarily detracts from men's rights.

And I find the following more than a little cringey:
Makes me wonder how they lost all that testosterone. I guess it was when they surgically had their balls removed.
Its the most pathetic way to try to pick up women. Acting like you like everything they do and have the same thoughts.
I will never not be convinced those so called men are not just making fools of themselves for no other reason but to try and pick up women that dont even like them in the first place
Torsten · 36-40, M
@ElwoodBlues never answered the question again. I asked you do you honestly believe feminism is about anything else besides womens rights?
@Torsten To me, feminism is about equality. And (I'll say it for the 3rd time now) I support feminism and women's rights up to the point of equality.
You also miss the point of me talking about a specific radical feminist agenda
No, you didn't talk about that. Here's what I've been responding to:

@ElwoodBlues well if you wanna stick to my very first comment sure. It aint about feminism though, its about men who identify as male feminists to get laid
@Torsten Now you're not talking about the "other kind" of feminist men, only the ones who say "feminist" to get laid. I'm detecting a "no true Scotsman" fallacy here. And now there are at least two kinds of feminism; perhaps only one is problematic?? Anyway, your stance seems to be shifting and I think I support that. Sorry, gotta run; more later.
Torsten · 36-40, M
@ElwoodBlues there is two types of feminism. There is what it started as and what it has become.
I said from the very start of this that i dont buy into the shit that those feminist men believe the crap they say they do but its a pathetic attempt to pick up women.
My stance has not shifted, you just dont seem to read my posts correctly
