What's your alcohol beverage of choice and what's the occasion in general?

I'm having some red wine and soda. Mostly I cook with it. Goes good in a pasta sauce. I have a glass on occasion with dinner or if a bit stressed.

Whiskey, Sake, and wine.

But if I'm out just to get drunk...cheapass Rum or vodka or a mulled wine will do it.

Good tradition to know: Always clink your saki glass lower then your hosts or friend's glasses. And be kind and fill your friend's glasses and they will fill yours. :D
