I have to limit it to once or twice a week, but I like about two fingers of bourbon. Speaking of cooking, there's a chicken stew recipe I love to prepare that calls for dry vermouth. It was my grandmother's.

@DanielChristensen Yes. There are some flavored that I like, too...apple or cherry bourbon. The 'purists' are less impressed by those. 😅
