What's your alcohol beverage of choice and what's the occasion in general?

I'm having some red wine and soda. Mostly I cook with it. Goes good in a pasta sauce. I have a glass on occasion with dinner or if a bit stressed.

A nice craft beer, probably an IPA or APA. I also enjoy nice mixed drinks with bourbon or whiskey. And dry red wine. And white wine. Oh, don't forget the moonshine. I like that too.
