looks like i've come down with a cold , it started with a scratchy throat and coughing and sneezing , the sore throat is gone now and most of the

sneezing , looked in my medicine cabinet but i rarely get sick so i got nothing , read the instructions in some pill box yeah may induce bleeding from gums or nose uuhhh no thanks , i'm making a good Chicken soup as we speak , that should help

Brew some tea with freshly crushed ginger. Add little or no milk and drink that... Sipping it will soothe your throat.
Take a steam vaporizer with Vicks. Rest! 🤗

@Vivaci as i said the sore throat is gone now and i got no steam vaporizer but i do have medicated ointment

Better you run to a nearby pharmacy and get Vicks Vaporub. Now boil some water, add a spoonful of Vicks to that... Cover your head with a towel as you inhale that vapor. Helps with headaches and stuff related to cold.

@Vivaci ok just found out i got Vapourizing cold rub and the Medicated ointment is kinda the same stuff , its got menthol and eucalyptus and Camphor whatever that is

Menthol and eucalyptus is great for colds... You can even rub some eucalyptus oil on your temples... And add a few drops on your napkin and inhale....
