Libraries...eateries...planes...etc.? You know. For non breeders.

Whining and screaming gets bloody tiring after a spell.

That aren't a problem where I live. I would say that for my area, there should be pressure for parents to make their children behave in grocery stores because a lot of toddlers run and scream there.
