That aren't a problem where I live. I would say that for my area, there should be pressure for parents to make their children behave in grocery stores because a lot of toddlers run and scream there.

Yep. They're loud and obnoxious. Although to be fair, my daughter is actually well behaved but that's because she's a girl it's in her nature to behave. ^_^
