Last night I dreamt that I had cancer. Could it mean anything bad?
Any theories? Honestly I was a bit scared, but content at the same time.

Get checked I believe dreams can tell us things but sometimes tv and stuff influences dreams

I think they can check your blood cell count I'm not sure look it up
