Last night I dreamt that I had cancer. Could it mean anything bad?

Any theories? Honestly I was a bit scared, but content at the same time.

@Unicorn: mm.. no, maybe.. if I think about it.. in the dream I remember I had a caugh and went to my mom (she's a doctor) to treat me. She used som rays on my cheast, while it healed my caugh, it gave cancer x.x
