What causes you to be jealous in a relationship?

If I'm having a conversation with him and someone interrupts with a non emergency If he stops talking to me to talk to them, I'm officially pissed. If you openly ogle a female in my presence, I'm officially pissed. If a female openly flirts with my man in my presence, I'm officially pissed.
It's a respect thing for me. I'm big on respect. If I'm with you no one should be more important or more interesting than me. I expect your undivided attention if we are speaking or together. If I don't get that, I'll tell you about it. If its not addressed within a reasonable amount of time, I'll ex them. [/c]

When I felt jealousy in my last relationship it was due to my own insecurities. I was the new girl. She was the one with mutual friends and more experience. I always expected him to leave me to keep her happy. No, he never did.
In my current relationship, I rarely feel jealous. He has his fiancé and they have their life together. Neither of them have ever left me feeling like I had to compete. I trust what we have.
