@jackson55: Knifes original purpose was not to harm I don't think, it's useful to cut stuff in the kitchen.That's why people can buy them easily.A big rock is just a rock it only becomes a weapon when someone uses it as such. Guns only serve the purpose of either killing or injuring badly.
