This will probably get me blocked.

I keep reading all this blocking drama so many people seem to have. To my knowledge im not blocked..yet..nor have i blocked anyone. My question is in real life when someone disagrees with you or you dont like their opinions how do u deal with it. Seriously?

Use "I" language.
For instance, "I disagree with such-and-such point of view because...."
This keeps the discussion on the topic and avoids making judgements of the person who expressed the view.
If the other person responds with verbal abuse one can flag it, or simply not reply to that statement, or ignore them completely from then on.
