This will probably get me blocked.

I keep reading all this blocking drama so many people seem to have. To my knowledge im not blocked..yet..nor have i blocked anyone. My question is in real life when someone disagrees with you or you dont like their opinions how do u deal with it. Seriously?

I am blocked by people who I have never had any interaction with..
I have blocked a few who insist on talking when the conversation is over...

In my work I am very much about dialogue...it's how things get done in my wheel house...

However, on any social media platform, everyone is 10 feet tall and bullet proof.. yet snaps at any thing they don't like..
