So, the block button now says "report/block." Does that mean every time I block, I also report?

Because I very seldom report people, but I often block them. I don't think I wanna report people for just being annoying or stupid.

The good thing about blocking people here is that not only can't they answer your posts and questions but you don't even see the crap that they're posting...so less to weed out as far as questions and stuff...I really like that feature.
