Do you totally get the person who bides their time & plots revenge against someone who wronged them

For something in the past?? or do you think that person should just get on with their lives?

Call: It takes time to get to a place were you just don't care anymore. I hope for the best, don't expect it, but wish no harm. That did not happen overnight.
