@NoThankYou: Yes. He talked me into loaning him some money for his school tuition but I found out he was lying and he just needed money to go play poker. When I called him out on it, he smashed a wine bottle over my head and punched me repeatedly, and then ripped out my nose piercing. I went to my sister's house and she drove me to the hospital. After that, she drove to his house and beat his brains in with a nail puller from the emergency toolbox in her car.
