Anything good worth watching on Netflix?

So I'm 18 and looking for a new show or movie to watch on Netflix. What would you recommend? So far on Netflix I've watched Supernatural, Glee, LOST, I'm currently watching the Fosters. The only anime I've watched on there so far was Death Note. Based on this, what would you recommend?

Firefly is one of the best shows ever, and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind is one of the best movies ever. The first is a sci-fi western that only ran for one season and a movie, both on Netflix. The latter is a fantastic, realistic depiction of a relationship and its problems with some sci-fi elements and starring Jim Carrey and Kate Winslet in my favourite roles of theirs.
