How do you not GET NERVOUS during a interview? What's the trick?

Try to make it into a regular discussion as opposed to seeing them as an authority. That's what i do anyway, try to remember that they're a person just like I am.

You're always going to be nervous. The trick is to not let it take over. An interview is about you. So focus on telling them about you, who you are and what you have to offer. The nerves get shunted tot the back of your mind when you're talking and engaged with the interviewer or the panel.

Ask a question or two yourself, which gives you a bit of control as well as showing some knowledge and intelligent curiosity.

Do so many that you start not to care, that's when you will tap into the gold

Be the interviewer.
