I went on a REALLY long bush walk, like 30 kilometres in one day. Anyway, that night I woke with terrible cramps in both legs. I was in AGONY!!! And back then I didn't know that standing up fixed the problem, so I just lay there in agony, roaring at my wife to rub my calfs.
