But I have stretch marks on more places than my ass. If surgery makes a person finally happy with themselves, I see no problem.

@MorbidCynic: yeah but stretch marks are sexy, but that's just my opinion. And no, without a doubt, if surgery makes people happy then go for it. This post was about my preferences though
