Would you rather break a good persons heart or have your heartbroken?

Hurting someone intentionally would also hurt me deeply, so I'd rather just shoulder the pain alone to begin with. Knowing that I spared them some pain would make it a little easier to bear.

i would rather be heart broken....... it doesnt take me long to recover. and i hate dealing with knowing that i hurt someone else.

My own, had my own heart broken hard enough enough times now that it barely even hurts any more. Wouldn't wish the feeling on others.

I'd rather have my heart broken. It's easier to recover from heart break than it is from guilt.

My own, at least I know I can deal with it and what it feels like, and that I can recover.

For another person, I never know what they would feel... and selfishly... the guilt of that would be much worse than the pain of heartbreak.

I don't want either, but if I had to choose, I'd rather have my heart broken. Maybe. I mean, I can stand plenty of heartbreak, I've had enough to know I can live through it. But no more deaths in my family. One more will break me.

Mine, i know i can take it. darkness or none. i keep it well contained and am actually compelled to do good things surprisingly to spite it. I'm used to it, and it'd just be another notch, i'd rather they be happy. i'll walk it off.

Somehow, I think you can't help but be heartbroken when you break a "good"person's heart..

oh i would break the good persons heart without a moment's thought

and then after i broke it, i'll rip it out play squish squish with it

then take it on a roller coaster

and back home i'll put it on the couch and make it watch LOTR all in one go
