Did you ever think about joining the Army or military or have you?

What a life-changing moment for you to have to redirect your efforts from an injury. I had not considered the military, but knew that it would be off the table because I had a heart murmur and have a degree of color blindness.

13 years in the Coast Guard working at small boat SAR stations. Last unit was an ice breaker (two north trips and two south).... Had a blast!... Yup... I miss it

No... Not at all. Taking a life would be the last thing I would want to do.... But if I had to defend myself... Of course I would.

I did when I was 20 but 3 things stopped me, I was in a psychiatric unit the year before with a fresh criminal record to go with it. And I changed my mind because I was against the Iraq war back then.

I grew up having several health issues so id never be able too. i was kinda disappointed my senior year when i kinda wanted to join but knew id never be able too
