What are two words you never expected to hear together?

Summer coat here. I'm from the desert, where it seldom gets very cold, and one winter I saw a lady with a pretty coat on, so I complimented her on it. She told me it was her light summer coat. My jaw hit the ground. I looked at her in wonderment, and said, "Ma'am, I hope you don't mind me asking, but where are you from that you need a coat in summer?" She smiled warmly. "Oh, I'm from Labrador." "I knew it was cold there, but ah...how cold are the summers?" "Oh, they get to a nice 40 degrees Fahrenheit or so. Very nice." "WOW! Then ma'am, for your health's sake, I'd suggest you not come here during the summer. It gets in the 100's here." Now was her turn to be dumbfounded!

I've lived in Vietnam, where even the winters are stiflingly hot and humid, and I've also lived in Russia, where the summers seldom get above freezing. Murmansk, Russia at least. Which is one of the northernmost human settlements on Earth.

@BlueMetalChick: If you had to choose between those two which one would you live in?

@cherokeepatti: Tough choice because I enjoyed them both but I might say I'd choose the heat for one reason and that's because my fucking hair won't freeze. THAT pissed me off. If I didn't dry my hair thoroughly after a shower, and then went outside, it would freeze solid.
