It was comfortable because she looked like she genuinely cared about my well being, but at the same time it made me feel like i'm really troubled. It helped a little because she was telling me to open up little by little and showing me she cares. At the same time though as i was really young, i wondered if i'm really that bad until i can make someone's face look so worried.

Bad he didnt listen to me when i told him this med was messing with me and he was always late even if i was the 1st one ge saw of the day. I know they are not like that but i never went to find a new one and i am not on meds but still depressed

I saw a psychiatrist for just one session and it really helped. I was getting bullied in school so badly I didn't want to go.

It was a female psychiatrist and she did some exercises with me. I don't remember much since I was so young.

I could go on for hours about this, but to keep it short and sweet it seemed they were just interested in prescribing me drugs and taking my money.
