Have you ever visited a psychologist/psychriatist ?How has your experience been with a psychologist/psychriatist ?

It was comfortable because she looked like she genuinely cared about my well being, but at the same time it made me feel like i'm really troubled. It helped a little because she was telling me to open up little by little and showing me she cares. At the same time though as i was really young, i wondered if i'm really that bad until i can make someone's face look so worried.
