When is everyone going to start suing government agencies for doing illegal things?

Barely hear anything like that but there should be so many cases like that.

That sounds great in theory but in practice the government is the enforcer and moderator of law and not likely inclined to allow it self to be held to any standard because it holds the power. It requires great effort and resources to challenge such powerful entities
