Because humans have the choice to not be vicious
@mic11225: Do humans have a choice if they live in ignorance? For example, a child brought up in a room where they were taught to torture bugs and laugh about it. If that's all they know and were taught torturing bugs was the right thing to do, do they really have a choice?
