How do you react when you feel someone is very attached to you, not necessarily in a romantic way?

@Fernie: no idea, but it's harder than hell just to get someone to tell you straight up what's on their minds. like pulling teeth. andhalf the ones who say they want it that way when they getit they ignore it. it's all messed up!

Surely to have 'faith in oneself' one should feel appreciated for what one gives, but that's not so easy, people listen to themselves really.
