it depends of the kind
some are cool, I keep alive and play with them
others I just kill

@lightningblue: It is best to kill a venomous spider when you encounter one. Although I dislike killing anything, the chance that it will end up biting you, or worse, laying eggs and then many more venomous spiders end up in your house, is too great a risk, and so it is best to kill them.
