Do you bring everyone down or up to your level?

I try to encourage and support ,to help people be better then I ever was ,
and the ones who took the advice and help are happy they did .
well now the others can at least testify to how ignoring sound advice is not real wise .,they say 30 seems to be the magic number for getting it .
Yes we all have to live our lives our own way ,but it help's when someone is willing to point out the road blocks and the holes and help you get up again if you fall .
but they all make me proud ,they are all successful in their own way's
to sum it up ,I gave help I never had ,
I got my education from the real school of hard knocks ,and I never even got a diploma , but now I have them ,we have each other

I try to get the best out of them ,it's more about their level ,not mine
