Is 122 pounds a safe body waight

Depends on your height and body shape.

I'm 5'7" and 118 lbs so I have more cause for concern lol. 5'4" and 122 is perfectly fine.

I'm 5 foot 9 and 120 pounds. Lots of things to consider. Weight doesn't really count.
