Should i be nervous to get my first chiropractic adjustment

I used to go to one and they used a small instrument to adjust my spine and it didn't hurt. Only one time the chiropractor used his hands and cracked my neck so hard, ouch, major headache.

I stopped... The asshole would stop adjusting my hips... It created sharp back pain foe days after... But hopefully ur therapist is better
