I don't undetstand it. The gist I've gotten of it is that pre existing conditions are something thats not covered by insurance and that there was long list of issues that many Americans have that noe count as pre existing conditions thus making it so they can no longer receive help. I don't know if that's true like everyone says but if it is then it's terrible but more importantly I'm curious if people will do anything about and if they will what will they do?
