What do you do when you get angry?

@puck61: It does help to get the facts straight. It is hard to repair the damage when you get angry at someone for no good reason.

@SweetMae: I learned a lot about taking ownership of my emotions. In my heart I know that no one can make me angry. I become angry in reaction to an action, but no one really 'makes' me feel anything. It's a bit pedantic, but it's true.

@puck61: As my mother used to say, "Just because the phone is ringing, it doesn't mean you have to answer it."

What if your phone rang all day? @SweetMae:

What if you did and bought a new phone and changed your number but found that it rang and rang and rang? Would that not be odd? What would you do then? @Iamnolongerhere:

@Iamnolongerhere: That would be very odd. I would think that I was being stalked. I would not get another phone after that!!
