@BloodlustSona: There are all manner of reasons to oppose the US president. Don't ever think for a single moment I am defending him in any way, because I am not. But I am very saddened to say that the majority of Americans who are opposed to Donald Trump have no fuckin' reason why. It's a trendy thing, his face is all over social media, there's memes of him constantly. It's the new craze to hate Trump, and despite the massive variety of reasons to hate, distrust, or oppose him, I'd have five bucks that says over 50% of people who identify as anti-Trump either have not a single clue as to why they don't like him, or else their reasons are something completely invalid and made-the-fuck-up, like the "Trump-Russia scandal."

@BlueMetalChick: I know it's terrible but people are brainless cattle. I don't even bother with most of them. My reasons are well know, hell the other day I called my congressmen and left a message about what I believe are violations to the emoluments clause.

@BloodlustSona: Recently I got into an argument outside a 711 with a person who thought the Earth was flat. I considered actually trying to prove them wrong, but then I realized that anyone crazy enough to think the planet is flat in 2017 is also crazy enough to straight up fucking shoot me right there on the sidewalk so I decided not to.

@BloodlustSona: A lot of the nutballs I encounter are, actually, nutballs. Ever since the insane asylum were shut down, lots of severely mentally ill people have become homeless, and it's not uncommon to encounter schizophrenics, people with brain damage, or delusional people off their medication on city sidewalks or on public transportation.
