Depends what you mean. I couldn't cuddle with someone I didn't feel physically attracted to. But I could cuddle with someone without any expectation of it going any further then that.

Yeah there is. There are people who pay other professional cuddlers (seems odd to call someone a professional cuddler) lol But I don't know what else to call it. Just to cuddle next to them (whether they have a disability and can't get out that much, they just like cuddling, etc.)
