It's annoying. My stomach constantly growls and feels empty no matter how much I eat. Of course I limit myself So I don't over eat but it's getting annoying
Do you have palpitations or loose stools? Either way cut down on carbs and start eating slow release foods. If you're eating alot of bread/pasta white rice they go very fast round your system.
The other night it seemed like I couldn't stop eating. Stuffed my fat face so much. That I got really uncomfortably full. But still as uncomfortable as I was I still wanted to eat. (I didn't) I hate that I am like this. Being lonely, depressed, and bored. I have taken to eating, and shopping online! Very horrible habits!
