Start out by writing out a list of goals. (realistic ones) that are actually accomplishable. And dedicate time to actually complete them. Also, positive affirmations daily.

I don't have time to do anything but school and work. Sometimes I have mandatory things pertaining to my major to attend on day I don't even have school.

in my opinion ... It seems like you keep telling your self what you can't do and why you can't do it.. If you can't treat yourself well, you won't get to where you need to be. Get on a good sleep schedule, eat healthy nutritious foods, and be kind to your self. ... You can do what ever you want, but you have to believe that you actually can.

@catstounge: well I can't go out and party if I have to go to class and or go to work for 8 hours.

I never motioned going out and partying.. If you have a lot of important things going on in your life that require attention and dedication , going out should be the last thing you do..

@catstounge: exactly, that's why I'm dragging my feet. Because I have no life. I'm not going to tell my whole life story but I'm tired of where I am (in life) and I can't do anything about it but quit or continue.
