Start out by writing out a list of goals. (realistic ones) that are actually accomplishable. And dedicate time to actually complete them. Also, positive affirmations daily.

@catstounge: well I can't go out and party if I have to go to class and or go to work for 8 hours.

I never motioned going out and partying.. If you have a lot of important things going on in your life that require attention and dedication , going out should be the last thing you do..

@catstounge: exactly, that's why I'm dragging my feet. Because I have no life. I'm not going to tell my whole life story but I'm tired of where I am (in life) and I can't do anything about it but quit or continue.

Giving up is the only way you fail. You may need to take it slow for a bit, but don;t end everything. be nice to yourself. You are your only you.

I can't slow down. I'm not trying to be 30 still having the same problem.

Giving up leaves you feeling more depressed for not believing in yourself to keep going

there is no other option to what I'm doing other than continuing or quitting.

Invest more time just for yourself, then you'll be more excited naturally I bet.

I don't have time for myself. Full time student plus work and babysitting.
