What does being drunk feel like?

I've never drunk alcohol and always wondered how drunk people feel when they're intocicated.

My apartment is situated in an area that's surrounded by restaurants and nightclubs. I've seen some funny actions by drunk people. 😂

Hilarious 😂 Funnily my college area is surrounded by all those, the most recent one being my drunk classmate doing the dab and his phone fell out of the window, lol!
Thankfully, it fell in the garden xD
