I have been sexually, mentally and emotionally...idk if getting slapped and choked is considered physical abuse if it only happened once.

Yes, all of the above, except for physical. Sure, there were a few one off incidences of physical altercations, but I wouldn't really call it abuse.
I hate when people don't acknowledge that mental and emotional abuse can be just as horrifying as physical and sexual abuse. 😕

I completly agree. emotionally abuse and lead to mental abuse which is so bad. it causes depression, suicidal thoughts and self harm

Yes, it can really rip a giant hole in one's soul and cause you to become disconnected from yourself. 🙁
