Do you wear petticoats underneath skirts and dresses?

I've been told by my friends that I should return to 1900s. Any form of dress be it knee length or to the ankle, I always wear petticoats. I have them in all colours and length.

Yes I do they sit better. My most beautiful one was light blue.
