Well I was thinking more like Antarctica because they probably got a lot of technically Advanced experimental equipment down there studying the global warming and whales and such

Putting Germany, Russia, China and Canada behind India seems biased.

@bijouxbroussard: No doubt about the potential of India but they are not even close to single western country as they mostly rely on transfer of technology from Western worlds, Russia and Israel.
