I sometimes wonder why I'm even still alive now

Seems I just piss people off with my depression and pushing them away.wonder why I'm even still here but it doesn't matter anymore. I'll leave people alone I don't deserve many things I've did nothing wrong but if this is was life wants for me then so be it. Sorry to those I've pushed away and or pissed off should just save your time and leave me behind

Depression is a serious thing to go through, and to go through it alone without support, can make you feel much worse. Seek alternative ways to deal with it, or group support meetings. You need to know you're not alone, that you are not a burden, and that life can get much better.

@SladetheMentor: some people don't know how to respond to a depressed person, they might fear saying the wrong thing. If you find someone who will listen and not judge, you can explain what you feel and what you need.
